§ 02 — The game

What you actually do in there

Diagnose before you treat. Scanning a pathogen tells you what it is; the patient chart tells you what will kill them. Guess wrong on an allergy and the case ends in seconds.
Fight alongside the immune system, or in spite of it. White blood cells are allies until your own fire hits them. Immunosuppressants make navigation safer and combat lonelier.
Cross the heart the hard way. It cannot be passed while it is beating. Stopping it is a decision with a timer attached.
